Yes, with one honest caveat. We bake two cookies, chocolate chip and cinnamon roll, to order in a home kitchen in Scottsdale, and we do not make decorated cutouts, iced cookies, or custom shapes. If you want a plate of Christmas cookies that people finish, that is us. If you want reindeer, it is not. Order at least 48 to 72 hours ahead, and earlier in December, because pickup slots fill.

The minimum is 48 to 72 hours, and for Thanksgiving week and December, order the day you know your date. We bake in small batches and holiday pickup slots fill. For a party or a gift list, email hello@1cookieco.com with your headcount and date and we will confirm the schedule. We email within 24 hours of every order.

Yes. Plan 12 to 18 cookies for a table of 8 to 12 when there is also pie, and 18 to 24 when the cookies are the dessert. Pick up the day before, keep them sealed tight on the counter, and warm them at 350°F for 4 to 5 minutes right before dessert. The melt comes back and nobody misses a second pie.

Yes. Order one batch of 6 per name on your list, both flavors if you like, and split them up at home. They are baked the day you pick them up, so hand them over within 3 days for the best of them.
