Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our menu, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Orders are not confirmed until we text you directly to confirm your pickup time.
When will I know my order is confirmed?
We'll text you within a few hours of your order. If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, please reach out.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Text us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before we start baking.
Pickup
Where do I pick up my order?
We're based in the Kierland Commons area of Scottsdale, AZ. Exact pickup address is sent via text when we confirm your order.
What are your pickup hours?
Pickup times are flexible and confirmed via text when we accept your order.
What if I'm running late?
Just text us โ we're flexible and will work with you.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payment is collected securely at checkout via credit or debit card through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of fresh homemade baked goods, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

Are your products made fresh?
Yes โ everything is baked fresh for each order. We don't keep inventory sitting around.

Do you offer custom orders or special requests?
Text us before ordering โ we love working with customers on special requests when possible.
Cottage Food
Is this a licensed operation?
Yes. We operate under Arizona's Cottage Food Law, which allows the sale of homemade baked goods directly to consumers. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state or local health department.
