Online ordering opens soon. Join the list on any page and you get the reopening email first. Once it is open: browse our menu, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Orders are not confirmed until we email you directly to confirm your pickup time.

We recommend ordering at least 48 to 72 hours before your desired pickup. We bake in small batches and slots fill up, so the earlier the better.

Cookies are sold in a minimum of 6 per order. This lets us bake a fresh batch just for you without waste.

We'll email you within 24 hours of your order. If you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first, then reach out at hello@1cookieco.com.

Email us at hello@1cookieco.com as soon as you can. If we haven't started baking yet, we'll make the change.

If we're unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. We'll always reach out to let you know before your pickup date.

Pickup is at Kierland Commons, 15169 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. We'll email you the exact meeting spot when we confirm your order.

We offer pickup every day, 10am to 5pm. Need a different time? Email us at hello@1cookieco.com and we'll find a slot that works.

Just your name! We'll have your order ready. If you want to double-check, bring your confirmation email, but it's not required.

Payment is collected securely at checkout via credit or debit card through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not accept cash.

Due to the nature of fresh homemade baked goods, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. If we're unable to fulfill your order, you'll receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. If there's an issue with your order, contact us at hello@1cookieco.com.

Yes. Every batch is baked for your order specifically. We don't keep inventory sitting around. Your batch goes in the oven before your pickup window.

Sealed tight at room temperature, our cookies are best within 3 days. Skip the fridge, it dries them out. They freeze for up to 3 months, and go straight from the freezer into a 350°F oven for 5 to 7 minutes.

We're local pickup only. No shipping or delivery at this time. Pickup is available every day, 10am to 5pm, at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale.

Yes. We are registered under Arizona Cottage Food Law, which lets homemade baked goods be sold directly to customers. We are not a licensed commercial kitchen. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state or local health department.
